Liverpool Motor Club Ltd AGM

The Annual General Meeting of the Liverpool Motor Club Ltd will be held online via Zoom on 27th October 2026, commencing at 7.30 pm.

Only current members of the Club may attend the meeting.
Those wishing to attend the meeting must register their interest by contacting the Company Secretary at the address below.
Anyone wishing to nominate a fellow member for a position on the Committee shall give written notice to the Company Secretary not less than 14 days before the meeting, with their proposal duly seconded, and accompanied by the written consent of the member being proposed. Such nominations must bear the original signature of the nominated member. Photocopies, e-mails, etc. will not be accepted.

A member wishing to introduce an item under “Any Other Business” must do so by giving written details of the matter to the Company Secretary not less than 14 days before the meeting. No business, other than that for which written details have been received by 13th October 2026, shall be dealt with at the meeting.
