In accordance with current General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) the information you give us will be used only for the purpose of running Liverpool Motor Club and its activities, including our events at Aintree and Barbon Manor. You will only receive communications from us that are relevant to our events and, where applicable, LMC membership, LMC Championships, or other events that we believe might be of interest to you.

When you are involved with the hillclimb events at Barbon Manor, we may pass your details to Barbon Hillclimb Ltd for the purpose of administering and running the event and for no other purpose. Barbon Hillclimb Ltd is jointly owned by Liverpool Motor Club Ltd and Kirkby Lonsdale Motor Club Ltd.

We may send event entry lists and/or results to Motorsport UK, other competitors, co-ordinators of invited championships, and publish them on our website. If you compete, you may be identified by name in those entry lists and results. We reserve the right to release your details to the emergency services, venue owner and/or insurer or event organiser in the event of an accident. Other than as detailed above, we will never release your personal details to another club or third party without first obtaining your permission, unless we are legally obliged to do so.

As a motorsport event organiser we are obliged to obtain, hold and/or publish accurate personal data about our participants and volunteers. We will secure the information that you give us and only hold it for as long as necessary.
