Liverpool MC’s, Doug Gorge Tour, 26th October – a new event coming soon!
In a ‘new’ departure for the club, we are organising a Touring Assembly event on 26th October. We say ‘new’, but this type of event has once featured regularly in the Club’s long history, and it’s the first time in well over 30 years that Liverpool Motor Club has organised such an event.
The Tour is named in memory of Doug Gorge, one of our past members, who would have most certainly enjoyed taking part in such a fun event.
It’s not a competition and speed is not measured, but it’s a car-based social event that tests your basic navigational skills to follow a fairly simple route around the delights of SW Cheshire and the Wirral, in your normal road car, in the company of other members and friends of the club.
