Well done – you’ve raised over £1250 for North West Air Ambulance charity!

Thank You!

By adding a donation to your entry fee for our 2022 events at Aintree, plus the raffle held at our birthday dinner in November, we have been able to pass on to the North West Air Ambulance Charity the magnificent sum of £1257 this year. (The full amount of your donations has been sent, the Club has covered all payment charges.)

The Charity is funded entirely by donations and doesn’t receive any financial support from the Government or local authorities and is extremely grateful to have received your donations.

Here’s a note of thanks from the Charity regional fundraiser:-

Dear John and everyone at Liverpool Motor Club,
Thank you so much for raising an incredible £1257.00 on behalf of the North West Air Ambulance Charity. Your generous gift means that we can continue flying to save lives across the North West region 365 days a year.

Because of you, the North West Air Ambulance Charity is able to fly the most advanced medical crew and equipment to people when and where they need it the most. We bring the hospital to the patient and can provide surgical interventions, blood transfusions, and deliver lifesaving procedures at the roadside to increase the chance of survival and make a lifesaving difference.

Many people in your local community would not be here today without the North West Air Ambulance Charity, and we are only here because of people like you.

We receive no government or NHS funding to carry out the vital life-saving work that we do, and we must raise over £9.5m to operate and attend the 2,500 incidents we are called to each year.
