In 2013, Liverpool Motor Club is joining with Kirkby Lonsdale Motor Club to run the spectacular Hillclimbs at Barbon Manor in Cumbria.
From 1950 to 2012 the events were run by Westmorland Motor Club, but they have now asked LMC to take over their share of the Barbon events so that they can concentrate on their off-road motorcycle events elsewhere in the region.

LMC members and officials have been helping with the events at Barbon for several years anyway, so we are pleased to be asked to take on a more formal role to help secure the events and the venue for the future.
Will you join us at one of the most friendly and unspoilt events in the hillclimb calendar?

Our superb display won a Highly Commended award at the show, and two of the cars on our stand also came away with individual awards.

Many thanks to the small but enthusiastic group of members who helped erect and man the stand over the weekend – what a brilliant time we all had at what was by far the biggest indoor car show in the north of England with well over 500 cars on display
